I am 5'4", 145#, 34-B, narrow shoulders, wider hips, short waisted. I bought medium. I washed this on very gentle and line dried. It didn't need ironing, the fabric was softer and not sheer after washing. Scant shrinkage. The sleeve length covered my unlovely upper arms. Best of all, I do not look frumpy in this dress. I will buy more of this style.
